This AcTax Solutions, Inc. ("AcTax") privacy policy is created
to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement
tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Using

collectively referred to herein as the “AcTax Websites”),
such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose
technical problems and to administer the AcTax Websites in order to constantly
improve quality.

is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against

and preferences. AcTax uses a persistent encrypted cookie, if the user
requests, to save and retrieve individual authentication information
as well as other visitor preferences. When a visitor follows a link to
the AcTax Websites from an affiliate or promotion, AcTax stores information
about that affiliate or promotion in a session cookie. Acceptance of
these cookies is optional. AcTax issues a mandatory session cookie to
each user of the web site only to record encrypted authentication information

to us or from our online products or services and you do so at your

web sites. Customers and visitors must check the policy statement of
these others web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors

How We Protect the Privacy of Children
Under 13
We do not knowingly collect or use information obtained from a child
under the age of 13, and we will not ever do so without first obtaining
the consent of the child's parents. It may be difficult for us to identify
the age of individuals who access our web site, so we employ the same
Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. If we determine that a child
under the age of 13 has accessed our web site, we will respond to that
child only to seek parental consent. If, however, a parent or guardian
determines that a child has provided us with personally-identifying information
without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian can contact
us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities

Opt-Out Policy
AcTax offers you a means to choose how we may use information you provided.
If, at any time after registering for information, you change your mind
about receiving information from us or about sharing information with
third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice. Send your

Credit Card Security
When you forward your credit card details to us, AcTax will use a secure
server to encrypt such information before it is received by us. Once
received, we will protect such information from unauthorized access and
use. Your credit card details will NEVER be disclosed to any third party,
unless obliged to do so by law.
Governing Law
You agree that the laws of the [Georgia, USA] shall govern the terms
of this Agreement and your use of any software (as applicable) downloaded
from the AcTax Websites. Any disputes under this Agreement may be brought
in the state courts or the Federal courts located in Fulton County, Atlanta,
Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue
of these courts.
Your Consent
By using the AcTax Websites, you consent to the collection and use of
this information in the manner we describe in this privacy policy.
Correcting and Updating Your Information
To update or change information you provided (if any) to AcTax, use the
appropriate area of the AcTax Websites. You can also correct and update
information by e-mailing support@actaxsolutions.com.
Potential Sale of
Company and Information Impact
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets or
stock. In such transactions, user information generally is one of the
transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that AcTax sells
all or substantially all of its assets or stock, user information will
of course be one of the transferred assets.
Miscellaneous Information
In the event that these policy terms conflict with any law under which
any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the
parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions
of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of
these terms of use will remain valid and intact. The failure of either
party to assert any right under these terms of use shall not be considered
a waiver of that party's right, and that right will remain in full force
and effect. You agree that, without regard to any statute or contrary
law, that any claim or cause arising out of your participation in the
Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause
arose, or else the claim shall be forever barred.
Modification
AcTax shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add
or remove terms of this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Changes
shall be effective immediately. You agree to review this agreement periodically
since subsequent use by you of this site shall constitute your acceptance
of any changes. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall
be effective immediately upon posting and any subsequent use by you after
such posting shall conclusively be deemed to be acceptance by you of
such changes, modifications or deletions.
