Software Available on the website
AcTax (and/or its licensors) owns all right, title and interest in and to any software (the “Software”) that is made available to download from the AcTax Websites. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of an end-user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). Installation or use any Software by an individual (the “User”) that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement shall indicate such User’s agreement with the application License Agreement.
